The Bosnian Alliance of Psychotherapy Associations condemns attack on Ukraine in the strongest of terms. 

No aggression or violence is ever justified. War often leads to violations of social, economic, cultural, political, children's and other human rights, which leaves long-term consequences. 

We in Bosnia and Herzegovina understand the effects of trauma on individuals, families and communities. Many trauma survivors suffer from severe psychological difficulties that affect their daily lives. Trauma experienced by one family member affects the whole family. 

Therefore, we call for humaneness, solidarity and unity in providing support and assistance to the people of Ukraine.
